TEKNOLOGI DALAM PENJAMIN PRODUK HALAL

The halal industry is growing rapidly in line with the increasing demand for halal products, especially in Indonesia. However, the halal assurance process faces challenges in terms of efficiency, transparency, and certification accuracy. This study aims to analyze the role of information technology in accelerating halal certification, identify technologies that improve transparency and efficiency, and examine the challenges of its implementation. This study also explores the potential of technology in supporting Indonesia as a global halal industry hub and formulates strategies to overcome infrastructure, regulatory, and human resource barriers.
The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with literature and case studies. The results show that digital technologies, such as blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT), can accelerate certification, improve supply chain transparency, and enhance halal production supervision. The main challenges are limited digital infrastructure, low digital literacy in MSMEs, and regulations that do not yet support technology.
This study suggests that the government and related institutions provide incentives for MSMEs, improve digital literacy, and develop technology-based halal platforms. With proper support, Indonesia has the potential to become an efficient and transparent global halal industry hub.

Analisis Dampak Program Zakat dan Sedekah Bank Syariah Indonesia Terhadap Pengentasan Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Sumbawa

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak program zakat dan sedekah yang dikelola oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur, penelitian ini menggali data sekunder berupa laporan resmi BSI, publikasi BAZNAS, dan riset sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program zakat konsumtif seperti bantuan sembako dan santunan tunai berhasil menanggulangi kebutuhan dasar mustahiq, sementara zakat produktif berupa modal usaha dan pelatihan kewirausahaan mendorong kemandirian ekonomi. Program sedekah di bidang pendidikan dan kesehatan juga berperan signifikan dalam memperbaiki akses layanan dasar bagi keluarga miskin. Selain itu, penerapan prinsip akuntabilitas dan transparansi meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap pengelolaan dana sosial. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa intervensi program zakat dan sedekah oleh BSI, khususnya yang berorientasi pada pemberdayaan, memberi kontribusi nyata bagi pengurangan angka kemiskinan.

Studi Kualitatif tentang Persepsi Mahasiswa terhadap Inovasi Digital di Bank Syariah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa terhadap inovasi digital di bank syariah, mengingat mahasiswa sebagai generasi melek teknologi memiliki potensi besar dalam penggunaan layanan keuangan digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi pustaka dengan mengkaji berbagai referensi terkait isu digitallisasi perbankan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap layanan digital seperti mobile banking dan aplikasi perbankan syariah karena dinilai efisien, praktis, dan sesuai kebutuhan gaya hidup modern. Namun, terdapat pula kekhawatiran mengenai keamanan data pribadi, transparansi akad, serta rendahnya pemahaman terhadap fitur dan akad-akad syariah. Oleh karena itu, bank syariah perlu meningkatkan edukasi digital, transparansi informasi produk, penguatan sistem keamanan untuk membangun kepercayaan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna aktif layanan digital, serta menghadirkan inovasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan generasi muda. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan strategi pelayanan digital bank syariah yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

MEMBANGUN EKONOMI SYARIAH MELALUI NILAI EKOLOGI DAN MODERASI BERAGAMA: SEBUAH PENDEKATAN MAQASHID SYARIAH

This study aims to construct a model of just Islamic economics through the integration of ecological values and religious moderation based on the framework of maqashid al-sharia. The research is motivated by the urgent need to develop an Islamic economic paradigm that is not only growth-oriented but also emphasizes sustainability and universal well-being. Theoretically, this study employs a qualitative-descriptive approach with a normative analysis of relevant literature on fiqh al-bi’ah (Islamic environmental jurisprudence), maqashid al-sharia, and religious moderation. The findings reveal that maqashid al-sharia serves as the normative foundation guiding the direction and objectives of Islamic economics; ecological values act as the pillar of sustainability, ensuring harmony between economic activity and environmental preservation; while religious moderation provides the ethical framework to guarantee that economic practices remain just, balanced, and free from extremities. The integration of these three components produces a humanistic and ecological Islamic economic model, in which maslahah (public good) is understood not only as human welfare but also as the cosmic balance encompassing all of God’s creation. This study highlights the necessity for Islamic economics to evolve beyond a merely halal financial system toward a morally grounded, socially just, and ecologically sustainable economic paradigm
