The language of manuscripts submitted to the <strong>Jurnal Studi Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam (SEBI)</strong> can be in Indonesian or English.</p> Institut Agama Islam Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas en-US Sebi : Studi Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam 2656-811X Efektivitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa Dalam Pembangunan Infrastruktur Di Desa Mekar Sekuntum http://journal.iaisambas.ac.id/index.php/Sebi/article/view/3097 <p><em>This study uses a qualitative approach with a total of 6 (six) speakers consisting of the Village Head, Village Secretary, General Chairperson of the Farmer Group, and the people who live in Mekar Sekuntum Village. There are 2 (two) types of data used, namely primary data in the form of direct interviews with sources and secondary data obtained from the Mekar Sekuntum village office and the Central Statistics Agency of Sambas Regency. The method used in the analysis is using the calculation of the effectiveness ratio to measure the level of effectiveness and using RI Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 concerning the Management of Village Funds and Perbup Sambas No. 48 of 2018 concerning Village Fund Management to measure the effectiveness of Village Fund management.</em></p> <p><em>The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the Village Fund in Mekar Sekuntum Village in 2020 is declared effective using an effectiveness ratio with a score of 99.99% and in 2021 it is declared very effective with a score of 100%. For development in 2020 it is declared effective with a score of 96.80% and 2021 is also declared effective with a score of 99.99%. Meanwhile, agriculture in 2020 was declared ineffective with a score of 0.00% and in 2021 it was declared effective with a score of 99.99%. The primary focus of this study is to understand how these policies affect the growth of SMEs, specifically chili farmers like Mr. Jayadi, as well as other SME sectors. This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative methods to provide a comprehensive overview.</em></p> <p><em>The quantitative method involves surveys of various SMEs to measure changes in technology adoption, revenue, and market expansion following the implementation of the policies. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis are used to assess the relationship between the policies and SME performance. Meanwhile, qualitative methods through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions (FGD) are used to explore subjective insights and challenges faced by SMEs in policy implementation.</em></p> <p><em>The main findings indicate that policies supporting the digitalization of SMEs have successfully enhanced technology adoption, expanded market reach, and increased revenue. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure in remote areas, knowledge gaps, and complicated administrative processes persist. This study also identifies areas that need further research, including the impact of policies on specific sectors and regions.</em></p> <p><em>The study recommends a mixed-methods approach in future research methodology and long-term evaluation to gain a deeper understanding of the policy impacts. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The primary source of data used is Muslim traders in Pasar Rabu. Research data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The data validity technique used is triangulation.</p> <p>The results of this study are 1). The understanding of traders related to the basic values of the Islamic economy in buying and selling transactions in the Wednesday Market is fully aware and understands in carrying out every transaction to buyers can be seen from the value of tawhid in terms of goods traded is always relying on halal and good buying and selling. As for the value aspect of adl (fairness), it is found that traders always instill the principle of fairness, which can be seen not looking at differences in social status to buyers in giving prices. Then the value of nubuwwah can be said that traders trade in accordance with the Quran and what is taught by the Prophet such as being polite, trustful, honest, open to a condition of goods without hiding a defect. For the value of the khilafah itself that every carrying out a buying and selling activity in the market cannot be separated from the form of interference and supervision of related parties in order to minimize fraud in order to create a safe and controlled market atmosphere. As for the value of ma'ad (results), every benefit from the results of trading from these results can lead to goodness and blessings in the world and in the hereafter. The application of Islamic economic values in trading has been fully implemented. Bank financial institutions are very important to help micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who have difficulties in business capital issues.</em></p> <p><em>This research uses a type of descriptive qualitative research, which is obtained from the results of observational data and interviews which are described descriptively. The benefit of this research is to find out whether the role of murabahah working capital financing in supporting the development of a micro, small and medium enterprise has been carried out properly so that an MSME has progressed.
