Abstract
So far, the sale and purchase of chicken carcasses for catfish feed has occurred in Semparuk Village, where the carcasses are used to feed catfish. This transaction occurs between chicken breeders and catfish farmers. This transaction starts with a catfish farmer who needs additional feed for his catfish, then visits a pedagin farm. Chicken carcasses are purchased by catfish farmers for IDR 2,000 / kg. The problems discussed in this study are how the practice of buying and selling chicken carcasses for catfish feed in Semparuk Village and how Islamic law perspectives on the practice of buying and selling chicken carcasses for catfish feed in Semparuk Village. This study aims to determine the practice of buying and selling chicken carcasses for catfish feed and to analyze the perspective of Islamic law on buying and selling transactions of chicken carcasses for catfish feed. This type of research is field research, and to ensure the validity of the data, this study uses interview and documentation data collection methods. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out using a descriptive analysis approach with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the practice of buying and selling chicken carcasses for catfish feed is haram and prohibited by religion, but the use of carcasses used for catfish feed is permissible because catfish is not bound by sharia laws that apply to humans, the solution is for this transaction practice. So that it can still be done is by not using a sale and purchase contract but by transferring property rights to another person, or by giving wages to pedagin chicken farmers for collecting or collecting chicken carcasses.
