PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN ISLAMI DAN TEAMWORK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. CEPAT VERSI ARLI SINGKAWANG

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic leadership and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Cepat Versi Arli Singkawang. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 116 employees selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, linear regression analysis, partial tests (t-test), and simultaneous tests (F-test).

The results indicate that Islamic leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a t-value of 2.333 with a significance level of 0.021 (< 0.05). Teamwork also shows a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 5.859 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). Simultaneously, Islamic leadership and teamwork have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 28.483 with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05).

The findings of this study suggest that the implementation of Islamic leadership based on values such as honesty, justice, responsibility, and exemplary conduct, along with effective and solid teamwork, plays an important role in improving employee performance. Therefore, companies are encouraged to continuously develop Islamic leadership practices and strengthen teamwork as strategic efforts to enhance employee performance and organizational productivity in a sustainable manner.
