<p><em>The effectiveness of an inclusive learning approach in general education is the extent to which it succeeds in creating a fair and equitable learning environment for all students, regardless of their different abilities, backgrounds or special needs. Inclusive learning seeks to ensure that every student can actively participate and gain maximum benefit from the educational process. It involves adapting the curriculum, teaching methods and assessment to accommodate the different needs of students, including those with disabilities, cultural differences or socio-economic challenges. The effectiveness of this approach is measured through indicators such as increased student access and participation, better academic achievement and positive social-emotional development. Effective inclusive learning approaches not only improve individual student success but also create a more tolerant, supportive and diverse school environment. The review in this study used the literature method. The results show that this approach not only benefits students with special needs, but also positively impacts all students through improved academic and social skills. By using methods such as Universal Design for Learning (UDL), the inclusive approach creates a learning environment that is more responsive to individual differences. In addition, teacher involvement, adequate facilities, and parent and community participation play an important role in the successful implementation of inclusive learning. <p><strong>Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang mengkaji strategi pendidikan inklusif sebagai upaya mengatasi kesenjangan pendidikan di berbagai negara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis berbagai pendekatan, kebijakan, dan praktik terbaik dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusif di tingkat global. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan sistematis terhadap artikel-artikel ilmiah, laporan kebijakan, dan studi kasus dari berbagai negara yang telah menerapkan strategi pendidikan inklusif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan inklusif telah berhasil meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pendidikan bagi kelompok-kelompok yang sebelumnya terpinggirkan, meskipun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam implementasinya. Faktor-faktor kunci keberhasilan meliputi komitmen politik, alokasi sumber daya yang memadai, pelatihan guru, dan keterlibatan komunitas. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa inovasi dan adaptasi lokal yang telah dikembangkan untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan spesifik. <p><em>Inclusive and equitable education is an approach that aims to ensure that all students, regardless of physical, mental, social or economic limitations, have equal opportunities in the education system. The purpose of this article is to discuss the effectiveness and challenges of implementing inclusive education and its impact on education policy. The research method used is literature review. The results show that inclusive education brings significant benefits, not only for students with special needs but also for all students, by creating a supportive and diverse learning environment. Implementing inclusive education requires comprehensive and coordinated policies and support from various stakeholders including the government, educational institutions and communities. In addition, a paradigm shift and increased social awareness are essential to remove stigma and discrimination. <p><em>Digital transformation in education through the integration of technology in the school curriculum has a significant impact in improving the accessibility, flexibility, and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. The study in this research uses the literature method. The results show that technology enables a more interactive, personalized, and adaptive learning experience by providing fun digital learning tools and efficient evaluation methods. Students can learn anytime and anywhere, while teachers can provide timely feedback and develop teaching strategies based on analyzing student performance data. However, challenges such as digital distraction, technology dependency and teacher training needs must be overcome to ensure maximum benefits from this transformation. <p><em>Technology integration is the process of unifying or combining various components of information and communication technology into a system or operation to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and performance. This integration includes various aspects, such as hardware, software, network infrastructure, and data. The study in this research uses the literature method. The results show that technology integration in the education sector presents significant challenges and opportunities in addressing 21st century learning needs. In this process, various obstacles such as gaps in access to technological infrastructure, limited teacher competence, and data security and privacy issues emerge as critical issues that need serious handling. However, technology also opens up great opportunities to improve the quality and reach of education through distance learning, higher interactivity, and personalisation of the teaching and learning process. A multi-sectoral approach involving the government, private sector, educational institutions and communities is needed to overcome these challenges and maximise the benefits. <p>Era 5.0 brings significant changes in several aspects of life, including the education sector. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) has created new ways to make learning experiences more interactive, adaptive, and personalized. This study aims to examine the integration of AI and AR in learning, exploring the benefits, challenges, and implications of the technology at various levels of education. AI enables the development of intelligent learning systems that can adjust materials according to individual needs, while AR provides interactive visualizations and simulations that enrich the learning process. The results of the study show that the integration of these two technologies can increase student engagement, learning effectiveness, and understanding of complex concepts. However, challenges such as implementation costs, infrastructure readiness, and teacher training remain major obstacles. <p><em>The strategy of exploring the optimal potential of early childhood involves a holistic approach that includes physical, cognitive, emotional, and social aspects. These strategies include providing developmentally appropriate stimulation through educational play activities, supporting exploration and creativity, and building positive interactions between the child and the environment. It is also important to create a safe and supportive environment, provide balanced nutrition, and ensure strong emotional support. An individualised approach that takes into account each child's unique needs and interests helps maximise their optimal development. The study in this research uses the literature method. The results showed that Genetic factors, stimulative environment, good nutrition, and psychosocial support were identified as key elements that contribute to child development. Genetic factors provide the biological foundation for growth and development, but full potential can be realised through positive interactions with the environment. An environment rich in stimulants and diverse learning experiences, as well as adequate nutrition play an important role in optimal cognitive and physical development. In addition, families play a crucial role in providing emotional and social support for children's development. Through a holistic approach that considers these various factors, parents and caregivers can help children achieve optimal development in the early years, which will lay the foundation for future development. <p><em>The global nature of technology and information exchange has made English proficiency an essential skill for students in technical fields, including Computer Engineering. This study investigates the correlation between English language proficiency and academic performance, particularly coding skills, among Computer Engineering students. The research aims to determine whether a higher command of English contributes to better understanding and application of coding concepts, leading to improved academic outcomes. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, this study collects data from both language proficiency assessments and academic performance records, with qualitative insights gathered from student interviews and coding task observations. The findings highlight that English proficiency, especially in technical vocabulary and comprehension, has a positive influence on coding abilities and overall academic success. <p><em>This research is the development of teaching materials module with edmodo on the material of writing papers for students of Akamigas Palembang Polytechnic, with the aim of describing the needs of students and lecturers for learning to write papers, producing teaching materials module writing papers with Edmodo, describing the results of module validation, describing the module trial, and describing the potential impact of the module on student learning outcomes. This development research uses a modification of the Jolly and Bolytho and Dick, Carey, and Carey models. Twenty students and 1 Indonesian language lecturer at Akamigas Palembang Polytechnic are the objects of this research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and tests, the feasibility of the teaching materials developed can be seen from the validation results by three experts on 3 components of the teaching materials. Based on the results of expert validation, the total score obtained from the assessment of the feasibility of content/material, language, and media obtained a score of 90 out of a maximum score of 105 (converted to 85.71). Based on this score, it can be concluded that the Writing Paper Module with Edmodo that was developed is declared good or feasible to use. In the paired sample t-test on the essay writing test, the difference in the average pretest and posttest scores was 41,000 with a standard deviation of 9.706 and a significance level (2-tailed) of 0.000 <α (0.05), so that the Essay Writing Module with Edmodo has a potential impact on improving students' essay writing skills. <p><em>This research aims to analyze the reality of Islamic education in post-independence Indonesia which plays a role in building the character of the Indonesian nation, focusing on developments, challenges and future prospects. The research method carried out is through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) regarding the literature sources used. from an indexing machine with a publication period between 2014 and 2024. Based on the results of literature analysis, post-independence Islamic education contributed to the development of national character. Islamic education currently has challenges that need to be considered, namely problems of resources, infrastructure and teacher quality which are serious obstacles to the effectiveness of Islamic education. Apart from that, issues related to the curriculum being less relevant to community needs and community recognition of Islamic education are also challenges that need to be overcome. Despite having challenges, Islamic education has good prospects. <p><em>An adaptive curriculum allows for learning that is more responsive to the individual needs of students, who differ in terms of learning pace, interests, and learning styles. With a flexible curriculum, teachers can adapt materials and teaching methods to accommodate these differences, creating a more inclusive and effective learning environment. This study aims to examine the implementation of an adaptive curriculum for children with special needs through a comprehensive literature review. The results of the review show that an adaptive curriculum can significantly improve the engagement and academic success of children with special needs by providing a personalised approach based on the strengths, weaknesses, interests, and individual needs of each student. Effective implementation requires the role of trained teachers, technological support, active parental participation, and synergy between school, home, and community. In addition, supportive government policies, including clear regulations and adequate budget provision, are crucial to the successful implementation of this curriculum. <p><em>This study was motivated by the learning activities of students which were classified as very poor because the learning process that took place did not make students the subject of learning but was still centered on the teacher and the learning methods used were still lectures. The purpose of this study was to increase students' learning activities using the guided inquiry learning model in class VII D SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection stages. The research subjects were 35 students of class VII D SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets of students' learning activities. Data analysis was done by descriptive analysis. The results showed that the percentage of students' learning activities was 74.29% (good category) in cycle I and 85.71% (very good category) in cycle II. <p><em>The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of integrated therapy on the learning abilities of children with developmental disorders. The research method used in this study was the literature method. The results showed that children with developmental disorders often have difficulty learning. This can affect their academic performance and overall development. To address this problem, experts have developed various types of therapy. One promising approach is integrated therapy. Integrated therapy combines several types of therapy in one programme. For example, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and behavioural therapy can be combined. The goal is to help the child holistically, not just focus on one aspect. Much research has been done to see the effectiveness of integrated therapy. The results are quite positive. Children who participate in this therapy generally show improvement in various aspects. They find it easier to concentrate, communicate better, and their motor skills improve. In fact, their social and emotional abilities also improve. Even so, there is still a lot to learn about integrated therapy. For example, how best to apply it to children with different disorders. Also, more research is needed on how this therapy works in the long term. Overall, integrated therapy seems to be a good option to help children with developmental learning disabilities. Character education is considered essential in shaping the morals, ethics and integrity of the younger generation. In this study, various relevant studies and literature were reviewed to understand how character education is integrated into the school curriculum and what factors influence its success. The findings show that a holistic approach that incorporates character values into all subjects and school activities is the most effective. Successful implementation also depends heavily on the readiness and commitment of teachers, as well as the support of school management and clear policies. <p><em>This study examines the influence of government policy on the success of education digitalisation in developing countries. The study uses a literature review method. The results show that government regulation and investment play an important role in improving the accessibility of educational technology, especially in remote areas. Policies that focus on providing adequate infrastructure, such as internet access and hardware, are key factors in facilitating the digitalisation of education. In addition, teacher training and competency development are important aspects that need attention to ensure that technology can be effectively integrated into the learning process. The importance of inclusive policies is also emphasised to reduce the digital divide through device subsidies and internet fee assistance programmes to ensure equal access for all students. <p>Effective education management requires a comprehensive and data-driven evaluation system to ensure continuous quality improvement. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a strategic evaluation model that allows educational institutions to measure performance from four main perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal processes, and growth and learning. By implementing BSC, educational management can identify strengths and weaknesses in resource management, learning effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and teacher development. This study examines the implementation of BSC in educational management evaluation, showing that this approach can improve transparency, operational efficiency, and the relevance of the education system to the needs of the times. Despite challenges such as resistance to change and limited resources, the implementation of BSC has been proven to provide strategic benefits in improving the quality of education. <p><em>This article discusses the potential and challenges of improving the accessibility of education in developing countries through the use of technology. With technology, traditional obstacles such as limited physical resources and teaching staff can be overcome, enabling wider and more equitable access to high-quality educational materials. However, significant challenges remain, including limited technological infrastructure, low levels of digital literacy, and resistance to change from the traditional education system. To overcome these obstacles, collaborative efforts are needed between the government, the private sector, and international organisations in building adequate infrastructure, providing digital literacy training, and implementing policies that support the accessibility of technology-based education. With a sustainable and strategic approach, technology can play an important role in improving the quality and accessibility of education in developing countries. The study in this research uses the literature method. The literature research method is an approach used to collect, review, and analyse various written sources, such as books, journal articles, research reports, and other documents relevant to a particular research topic. Research shows that improving the accessibility of education in developing countries through technology offers great potential for overcoming traditional obstacles, such as limited physical resources and teaching staff. <p>Pengurangan anggaran politik berdampak signifikan pada pengembangan program pendidikan politik. Dampak langsungnya termasuk berkurangnya jumlah dan kualitas pelatihan serta materi edukasi politik yang tersedia, yang mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas program tersebut. Selain itu, kekurangan anggaran juga mempengaruhi partisipasi politik masyarakat, terutama generasi muda, yang menjadi kurang terinformasi dan terlibat dalam proses politik. Lebih jauh lagi, pengurangan ini dapat menghambat terbentuknya pemimpin politik masa depan yang kompeten dan berpengalaman, sehingga berpotensi merugikan kehidupan politik negara dalam jangka panjang. <p>Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas pendidikan jarak jauh dan online melalui tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif. Hasil tinjauan mengungkapkan bahwa keberhasilan pendidikan jarak jauh sangat dipengaruhi oleh akses terhadap teknologi, keterampilan digital siswa dan pengajar, serta kualitas materi dan desain kurikulum yang interaktif. Selain itu, motivasi dan disiplin diri siswa dipandang sebagai faktor kunci yang menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran online. Tantangan-tantangan tersebut dapat diminimalkan dengan perencanaan yang cermat, dukungan tambahan seperti bimbingan dan konseling, serta keterlibatan aktif dari berbagai pihak. <p>Kebijakan pemerataan guru dan kualitas pendidikan di daerah terpencil ini merangkum upaya dan tantangan pemerintah dalam mengatasi kesenjangan pendidikan antara daerah perkotaan dan terpencil. Kebijakan ini bertujuan untuk memastikan seluruh anak di Indonesia mendapatkan akses pendidikan yang setara melalui penempatan guru-guru berkualitas di daerah yang kekurangan tenaga pendidik. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya insentif bagi guru untuk bekerja di daerah terpencil dan minimnya infrastruktur pendukung. Pemerintah perlu memberikan insentif yang memadai dan fasilitas yang layak untuk menjaga motivasi dan kinerja guru. Selain itu, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan juga memerlukan dukungan komprehensif dari berbagai pihak, termasuk kolaborasi dengan komunitas, penggunaan teknologi, dan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru. <p>Kajian literatur ini mengeksplorasi dampak dan implikasi dari inovasi teknologi dalam pendidikan jarak jauh. Dengan kemajuan teknologi digital dan internet, pendidikan jarak jauh telah mengalami transformasi signifikan, memungkinkan akses pendidikan yang lebih luas dan fleksibel bagi beragam populasi pelajar. Studi ini mengulas berbagai teknologi yang digunakan, seperti video conference, Learning Management Systems (LMS), dan aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif, serta bagaimana teknologi tersebut meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, kajian ini juga mengidentifikasi sejumlah tantangan yang masih dihadapi dalam implementasi teknologi dalam pendidikan jarak jauh, termasuk ketidaksesuaian akses teknologi, keterampilan digital yang bervariasi, dan masalah privasi dan keamanan data. <p>Pendidikan multikultural memainkan peran esensial dalam mengembangkan masyarakat yang menghargai keragaman dan mempromosikan toleransi. Dengan mengintegrasikan pemahaman tentang berbagai budaya, nilai, dan perspektif dalam kurikulum pendidikan, dapat mengurangi prasangka dan stereotip yang sering kali menjadi sumber konflik dan diskriminasi. Kebijakan pendukung, termasuk pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru dalam menyampaikan materi multikultural, pengembangan kurikulum yang inklusif, serta penegakan kebijakan anti-diskriminasi, semuanya berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan menghormati keberagaman. <p><em>This study aims to explore the utilization of visual learning media in improving students' conceptual understanding, using a qualitative approach through research and development (R&D). The main focus of this research is on visual elements such as images, graphs, videos, and other visual aids used to accelerate students' comprehension of the subject matter. The research informants include 4 school principals, 10 teachers, 10 parents, and 10 eighth-grade students from 4 public junior high schools in Kapuas Regency. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews, direct observations, surveys, and documentation. To analyze the data, a triangulation approach was employed to ensure the accuracy of the research findings. The research findings indicate that the use of visual learning media is effective in enhancing students' understanding of abstract concepts, increasing student engagement, and stimulating creativity. In addition, visual media also contributes positively to understanding lessons at home. Adequate infrastructure support and the development of appropriate media are crucial for the successful implementation of visual media in the learning process.</em></p>Wahidin Wahidin

<p>. Penelitian ini mengkaji desentralisasi pengelolaan pendidikan menengah di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pengalihan kewenangan dari pemerintah kabupaten/kota ke pemerintah provinsi. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pemerataan akses pendidikan serta efisiensi administrasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah systematic literature review dengan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Sebanyak 31 dokumen relevan yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2024 dianalisis, diperoleh dari basis data utama seperti Scopus, Google Scholar, dan Garuda. Kajian ini mengeksplorasi variasi implementasi kebijakan antarwilayah, dampaknya terhadap distribusi sumber daya, serta mekanisme koordinasi antarpemerintah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa di provinsi dengan kapasitas administratif yang kuat, desentralisasi berdampak positif terhadap pelatihan guru, alokasi sumber daya, dan perencanaan infrastruktur. Sebaliknya, di wilayah dengan kesiapan rendah, desentralisasi justru memperburuk ketimpangan akibat keterlambatan pendanaan, distribusi guru berkualitas yang tidak merata, serta keterbatasan fasilitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kebijakan yang adaptif, penguatan kapasitas daerah, serta tata kelola pendidikan yang terintegrasi. Secara teoritis, studi ini memperluas kerangka analisis desentralisasi dalam konteks pendidikan menengah.
