Implementasi Prinsip Pembelajaran Humanistik Untuk Penguatan Pendidikan Ramah Anak SMPN2 Palengaan Pamekasan

Abstract
Dominasi paradigma pembelajaran mekanistik yang berfokus pada aspek kognitif telah mengabaikan kesejahteraan psikososial siswa, sehingga bertentangan dengan prinsip Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) yang menekankan lingkungan pendidikan yang holistik dan protektif. Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi prinsip pembelajaran humanistik sebagai kerangka operasional untuk memperkuat dimensi substantif SRA di SMPN 2 Palengaan Pamekasan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi non-partisipan, wawancara mendalam terhadap sepuluh informan kunci, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktualisasi prinsip humanistik melalui praktik pedagogis fasilitatif, komunikasi empatik, dan penguatan otonomi siswa berfungsi sebagai katalis yang mengubah indikator normatif SRA menjadi praktik edukatif yang kontekstual. Implementasi ini secara signifikan membangun psychological safety, memperkuat relasi pedagogis positif, dan memperluas partisipasi genuin siswa. Namun, keberlangsungannya menghadapi tantangan struktural, terutama ketergantungan pada agensi individu guru dan kurangnya infrastruktur pengembangan profesional yang kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada diskursus pendidikan transformatif dengan menawarkan model integratif antara filosofi humanistik dan kebijakan SRA, serta menyoroti urgensi transisi dari praktik insidental menuju institusionalisasi budaya sekolah yang kolektif untuk mewujudkan ekologi pendidikan yang substantif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan anak.
