Abstract

This study departs from the dynamics of the struggle of Muslims in India, who fight for justice and peace for Muslims. Pakistan is an Islamic state that emerged after the presence of Islam on Indian soil occupied by people who are Hindus. Islam in Pakistan in its history developed not as easily as turning the palm of the hand. Because in reality from the beginning of its emergence, and its development encountered various obstacles, and finally succeeded in giving birth to the muslim community in this Indian Country. Before the State of Pakistan was present in India, in India there was already a Mughal Empire, which was one of the most influential Islamic Kingdoms in Islamic civilization. After the Mughal Empire fell, islamic civilization in India was destroyed. Departing from that reality, the idea arose to reestablish the Islamic State in India. Besides the founding of this country, there is a very strong desire in Muslims inspired by an Islamic ideology that must be upheld in social life. The successful establishment of the Islamic State of Pakistan is thanks to the hard struggle of one of the Indian politicians who has always wanted to voice justice and peace for Muslims in India. The character is named Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Thanks to the struggle of Ali Jinnah, the state of Pakistan can be known by the world, with its Islamic complexion. This can be used as an inspiration for Islamic civilization in the world. Pakistan has given birth to intellectual property with the birth of nationalists, traditionally fundamentalists, as well as modernists.
