Review Process

PrimEarly: The Journal of Primary and Early Childhood Education Studies follows a fast and fair Double-Blind Peer-Review process and also ensures the quality of published articles. This statement is based on the COPE (Publication Ethics Committee) Code of Conduct and the Code of Ethics Best Practices for Peer Reviewers. Each manuscript submitted to the IJGIE Scientific Journal is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers in the form of a "Double-Blind Review". Decisions for publication, amendment or rejection are based on their reports / recommendations. In certain cases, editors may submit articles for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary. IJGIE received more submissions than published. The Editorial Board may reject a manuscript without peer review if it is deemed not to meet the minimum qualifications of the journal required.
The peer-review process is Double-Blind Review. Neither the reviewer nor the author is anonymous. Author anonymity prevents reviewer bias, for example, based on the author's country of origin or previous controversial work. Articles written by prestigious or well-known authors are considered based on the content of their paper, not their reputation. To be published on PrimEarly, a paper must meet four (4) general criteria:
1. Provide solid evidence for the conclusion.
2.Newness (we don't consider meeting report abstracts and preprints on the community server to compromise     novelty)
3. Very important for scientists in a particular field.
4. Ideally, be of interest to researchers in other related disciplines.
In general, to be accepted, a paper must represent a progression in understanding that is likely to influence thinking in the field. There should be a clear reason why this work deserves publication visibility in PrimEarly rather than the best of specialist journals. The reviewers will then submit their report on the manuscript along with their recommendation of one of the following actions to the Editor:
1. Accept Submissions;
2. Revision is required;
3. Send it back for review;
4. Resend elsewhere;
5. Refuse Delivery;
