PENGARUH KEPUASAN PEGAWAI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
Abstract
This study is to determine the effect both jointly and partially between employee satisfaction, employee welfare and organizational commitment to employee performance at the Belawan Container Terminal Branch Office PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. This research uses quantitative methods (explanatory research) through primary data and secondary data. The results of the regression analysis show that the three independent variables are included in the regression model (employee satisfaction, employee welfare and organizational commitment). The employee satisfaction variable is significant at 0.041, so it can be concluded that employee satisfaction has an effect on employee performance (hypothesis 1 is accepted). Employee welfare variable which has a significant value at 0.000. So it can be concluded that employee welfare has an effect on employee performance (hypothesis 2 is accepted). Organizational commitment variable which has a significant value at 0.011. So it can be concluded that organizational commitment has an effect on employee performance (hypothesis 3 is accepted). Partial employee satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Belawan Petikemas Terminal Branch Office PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. This is evidenced by the statistical results of the regression test, the value with a probability of 0.000 is smaller than α (α = 0.05), so it can be explained that employee satisfaction, employee welfare and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance. Then the fourth hypothesis is accepted.
