PENGARUH KEMATANGAN BAWAHAN TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KEPEMIMPINAN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of subordinate maturity, work facilities and organizational culture together on the effectiveness of the leadership of the Tanjungbalai City Education Office employees. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods. The sample in this study were all employees at the Tanjungbalai City Education Office, totaling 48 people. The data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that the maturity of subordinates partially has a positive and significant effect on leadership effectiveness.
