PEMIMPIN DAN PENGARUH GEO POLITIK TERHADAP LAHIRNYA SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA YANG BERKARAKTER
Abstract
Pemimpin adalah pengawasan bagi anak buahnya agar melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawab dari seorang pemimpin. Pemimpin yang berhasil bukan saja mampu menguasai geo politiknya, tetapi mampu menciptakan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang bersaing guna. Peran pemimpin disini, bukan hanya dari perubahan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berintelektual tetapi pada akhlaknya. Apalagi di zaman era globalisasi saat ini, bangsa Indonesia telah kehilangan jiwa-jiwa anak muda yang melahirkan karakter yang positif tetapi hanya banyak menimbulkan dekadensi moral yang semakin hari semakin mencekam bangsa Indonesia. Saat ini, kita memerlukan pemimpin yang berjiwa Islam seperti jiwanya Rasulullah SAW
