Submission and Peer Review Process

  1. Submission: Authors must register as an author on the OJS portal before submitting their manuscript.
  2. Acknowledgment: Upon successful submission, a confirmation email will be sent
  3. Initial Desk Screening: The editorial team evaluates all incoming submissions for scope relevance, formatting compliance, and general eligibility.
  4. Peer Reviewer Assignment: Eligible manuscripts are forwarded to one or two domain-specific reviewers for evaluation.
  5. Double-Blind Review: The journal strictly enforces a double-blind peer review policy, concealing author and reviewer identities from each other to guarantee an impartial evaluation.
  6. Multiple Review Rounds: Manuscripts may undergo several revision cycles until they fully satisfy the academic requirements of both reviewers and editors.
  7. Review Processing: Assessments are primarily managed via OJS, though administrative coordination may occur through official editorial channels.
  8. Editorial Timeline: Reviewer selection takes up to 2 weeks post-screening, while the main evaluation phase spans 2 to 4 weeks.
  9. Author Revisions: Authors are expected to revise their work thoroughly based on the editorial and reviewer feedback.
  10. Acceptance & Production: Approved manuscripts proceed to final proofreading, copyediting, and issue scheduling. Corresponding authors will receive a formal notification and a Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
  11. Publication Formats: Articles are published in both digital open-access and print editions. Hard copies are available upon request via official journal email.
