Submission and Peer Review Process

 

  1. Manuscript Submission:

Authors must create an account and register as an Author within the Open Journal Systems (OJS) prior to submitting their manuscript.

  1. Submission Acknowledgment:

Authors will receive an automated confirmation email at their registered email address once the manuscript has been successfully submitted to the editorial system.

  1. Initial Screening (Desk Review):

The Editorial Board conducts an initial assessment to evaluate the manuscript’s alignment with the journal’s focus and scope, as well as its adherence to the Author Guidelines.

  1. Reviewer Assignment:

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to one or two qualified peer reviewers with relevant expertise in the subject area.

  1. Double-Blind Peer Review Policy:

The journal operates a rigorous double-blind peer review process. To ensure objective evaluation, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers remain mutually anonymous throughout the review process.

  1. Iterative Review Process:

When necessary, manuscripts may undergo multiple rounds of review (re-review) until the scholarly content meets the publication standards established by the reviewers and editors.

  1. Review Execution:

Peer evaluations are primarily conducted through the OJS workflow or, where applicable, coordinated via official editorial channels.

  1. Review Timeline:

Manuscripts are assigned to reviewers within two (2) weeks following successful initial screening. The peer review evaluation phase typically takes between two (2) to four (4) weeks.

  1. Author Revision:

Authors are required to revise their manuscript in accordance with the feedback, comments, and recommendations provided by the peer reviewers and handling editors.

  1. Final Editing and Acceptance (LoA):

Manuscripts that successfully pass peer review and revision move to final copyediting, layout proofreading, and publication scheduling. Authors will be notified and will receive an official Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

  1. Publication Formats:

The journal is published in both digital (online) and print formats. Authors or readers wishing to request print copies may contact the editorial team via the journal’s official email.
