Abstract

This Community Service Program (CSP) aims to accelerate the transformation of village governance in Parit Setia Village through three main interventions: strengthening health literacy based on the Integrated Primary Care (IPC) Posyandu, increasing reading interest through thematic reading corners, and reorganizing regional administration through the standardization of alley identities. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves active collaboration between academics, village officials, and health cadres. The results of the community service show a 100% increase in the understanding of cadres and village officials regarding the ILP system based on the results of pre-tests and post-tests. Additionally, the installation of reading corners and the physical naming of alleys have improved information accessibility and administrative order in the village. This community service project concluded that the synergy between physical interventions and non-physical education is highly effective in promoting independence and professionalism in village-level governance.
