Abstract

Immigration is an institution in terms of controlling and enforcement against foreigners, immigration in this case has a big impact on Indonesia. One implementation action from the immigration authorities for foreigners who are suspected or supposed to be dangerous around and can disturb public order. Based on the statement, it can be concluded the formulation of the problem is how international law views immigration measures, namely deportation. The research method that is to compile a journal is to use normative-empirical methods. Indonesian immigration authorities should urge foreign nationals to comply with the applicable provisions in Indonesia so that there are no harms to the public.
