Cross Border: Jurnal Kajian Perbatasan Antarnegara uses Turnitin plagiarism detection software to examine the originality of manuscripts submitted for publication. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original and have a similarity index below 35%.

Authors are strongly encouraged to attach the similarity check report when submitting their manuscripts through the journal's submission system.

Manuscripts with a similarity index of 35% or higher will be rejected and will not proceed to the peer-review process. The editorial team reserves the right to evaluate the similarity report and determine whether the identified similarities indicate plagiarism, excessive textual overlap, inadequate citation, or other violations of academic integrity.

All authors must ensure that sources are properly acknowledged and cited in accordance with the journal's referencing guidelines. Plagiarism in any form, including direct copying, improper paraphrasing, self-plagiarism, and the use of others' ideas or research findings without appropriate attribution, is strictly prohibited.
