Mengeksplorasi Inovasi dalam Startup : Studi Literatur Sistematis tentang Peran Teknologi dan Pengembangan Produk

Abstract

Inovasi merupakan faktor kunci dalam pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan startup, terutama dengan semakin meningkatnya peran teknologi dalam strategi inovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk menganalisis 32 artikel ilmiah yang membahas tren inovasi, faktor pendorong, dan dampaknya terhadap startup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa startup semakin beralih ke transformasi digital, dengan pemanfaatan teknologi seperti AI, IoT, dan blockchain dalam pengembangan produk dan model bisnis. Faktor internal seperti kapabilitas tim, budaya inovasi, dan manajemen pengetahuan berperan penting dalam inovasi, sementara faktor eksternal seperti kolaborasi dengan ekosistem startup, regulasi pemerintah, dan akses terhadap modal turut mempercepat adopsi inovasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa startup yang berhasil mengintegrasikan inovasi berbasis teknologi dan strategi bisnis berbasis platform memiliki keunggulan kompetitif dan peluang pertumbuhan yang lebih tinggi. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan regulasi di negara berkembang yang dapat menghambat inovasi startup. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan kebijakan yang lebih mendukung inovasi serta eksplorasi lebih lanjut tentang strategi inovasi berbasis teknologi untuk keberlanjutan startup di berbagai sektor industri.
