Shar-E: Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi Hukum Syariah ISSN 2686-1674 (Online) and ISSN 2442-5877 (Print) is published by Institut Agama Islam Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas which provides online and printed publication. Shar-E: Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi Hukum Syariah covers the research of scholars, academics, and researchers related to law, Islamic law, economics, Sharia economics, and other Sharia studies. Shar-E: Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah publishes issues twice a year in January and July. The editorial board invites the researchers to publish the results of their original research through a review process. The submitted manuscript will be reviewed initially by the editor and section editors. If the scope of the manuscript is related to the scope of Shar-E: Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi Hukum Syariah, the editor will assign it to the reviewer (double-blind review process). The reviewed manuscript will be returned to the author for revision if needed. The language of the manuscript is either Bahasa Indonesia or English. Shar-E: Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi Hukum Syariah is accredited at SINTA 5 level based on the Decree of the Director General of Research and Development, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology No. 152/E/KPT/2023, effective from Vol. 7 No. 2 (2021) through Vol. 12 No. 1 (2026).
