1. Journal Ownership

Southeast Asia Journal of Graduate of Islamic Business and Economics (SAJGIBE) is owned, hosted, and published by Universitas Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas (IAI Sambas), West Kalimantan, Indonesia. The institution provides the institutional backing, digital infrastructure, and administrative support to guarantee the continuity and independence of the publication.

2. Management and Editorial Governance

The journal is operationally managed and executed by the Editorial Board of SAJGIBE under the supervision of the Department / Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at Universitas Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas. The operational structure includes:

• Editor-in-Chief: Responsible for setting editorial directions, quality assurance, and maintaining overall academic integrity.

• Editorial Board: Comprises international and national subject matter experts from multiple academic institutions who manage peer review workflows and uphold editorial policies.

• Technical & Layout Editors: Manage the OJS platform, copyediting, indexing integrations, and regular publication archiving.

3. Editorial Independence

The editorial decisions are made independently by the Editorial Board based solely on the scholarly merit, original contribution, and relevance of the manuscript. The publishing institution does not interfere with the peer review and editorial decision-making process.

4. Financial Model and Revenue Sources

SAJGIBE is sustained through institutional budgetary allocation by Universitas Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas. The funding covers server infrastructure, digital preservation systems, cross-platform indexing, and administrative maintenance.
